To celebrate Indonesia’s Independence Day, we took our steps seriously!
Starting from August 1st, Rigsis held a Walking Challenge for 2 weeks and its mandatory to all employees! Divided into 4 groups, we collectively walked for a total 976.87 KM! That’s the same distance as Jakarta to Bondowoso East Java (where the province’s first geothermal project, the Ijen geothermal, was recently inaugurated for its commercial operations!).
The group with highest total distance walked win the challenge and A huge congratulations to Group 1 for taking the crown!
This challenge isnt just about a game, but its far beyond that. It is as a prove that every steps are count and we believe small steps lead to big achievements. This challenge also reflects our essential part of employee’s KPI to promoting a healthy lifestyle!
